Order Shipping & Handling:

Shipping discounts will be given on multiple item purchases shipped to the same address. We will apply a discount refund to your order for combined shipping on purchases of two or more items on one order.

For Continental US deliveries, Leisure Interests will ship small packages by USPS Mail, larger packages by Fedex Ground or UPS Ground.  We ship almost all packages by USPS Mail for international deliveries through customs.  Our international delivery charges do not include any import tax or duty.

Please contact us for shipping charges outside the Continental US, Shipping Insurance or Priority handling.

FPO/APO addresses are handled as an international shipment due to the processing of customs forms and physical delivery to the post office.

For security reasons, the US Postal Service has prohibited adding batteries to packages with international destinations.  Therefore, we are not sending batteries with international deliveries unless they are part of the manufacturer’s packaging.

We usually select the most economical shipping method for your package.  We strive to ship orders within two business days and often ship the same day if the timing is correct.  If you desire other shipping arrangements, please contact us prior to ordering.  Please use insurance on your package to cover lost or damaged packages.

On occasion some sizes or colors will be back ordered and we will contact you if there is a delay in filling your order.

Payment and Return Policy:

Leisure Interests uses a secured merchants web site for credit card payment transactions. The shopping cart and all the transactions use secure encryption so you can be sure that your information is safe.  You may use your PayPal, Visa or Mastercard for transaction payment.  Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email with a receipt.

Applicable Minnesota sales tax is added to your order if shipped to a Minnesota address.

All sales are final.  Insurance is offered on most shipments and required on some.  Please use insurance to cover the possibility of a damaged package or lost shipment.  Returns are accepted only if the item is defective from the manufacturer or if there was an error in the item web page listing.

To handle a return the buyer must contact Leisure Interests to request a return authorization number for the merchandise in question within 3 days of receiving the item.  When a return authorization (R/A) number has been assigned, the item must be sent to Leisure Interests within 10 days of assigning the R/A number.  There is a restocking fee of 20% for returned items.  The buyer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the item to Leisure Interests.
